The front desk told us at check in it would be $250 if we smoked in the room. The room smelled really bad. Like stale cigarettes! REALLY BAD! Thankfully we didn’t spend much time in the room.

This hotel exceeded expectations in most areas. The room was cleaned everyday, towels were always replaced so you never ran short. The bed was made everyday as well. Front desk staff were helpful when needed. Breakfast also exceeded expectations. Rooms could use a little update as they are bland and boring. All in all, this was a fairly decent stay.

Location was great, room was spacious giving everyone room to move around. Bed was comfortable, sleeper sofa with mini wall divider was nice for teen. The sheets, OMG, not sure if it's the water or the softener, but those sheets were soooo soft. I saw this in another review, so true. Another bonus, it was quiet! Usually you hear nothing but doors opening/closing, kids running or people talking loudly in the hallway. Quiet, even at night and I was waiting to be awaken in the early AM. Maybe my family lucked on the floor we were on, but it was pure bliss.
Staff were polite and attentive.
The only thing I wish the room had was a safe. We rigged something up, but would have been helpful.
Would gladly stay here again!

Property is dated and not in great condition. Room linens were clean but room had a smell, ac wasn’t super cold, bathroom wasn’t great.

This has become my usual rest place when visiting family between Concord and Kannapolis. Very conveniently located to lots of stiff.

The Pool was closed, and the furniture in the 2 rooms we stayed was wore out and/or broken

Good place for a quick overnight stay but in need of updating. Our shower old rain was broke and there was hair in the sink when we checked in. Some blue dots / spots on the sheets. I would t stay here for an extended amount of time.
